These terms apply when you use foundfirstsa.com or hire FoundFirst ("we," "us"). If you become a client, your signed service agreement also applies. If the two differ, the service agreement wins.
Our services
We help local businesses show up on Google, map and listing sites, and AI search tools. Depending on your plan, that can include Google Business Profile management, listing cleanup, website pages and content, review requests, AI search checks and monthly reports. Your plan and its price are listed on our pricing section and in your service agreement.
No guaranteed rankings
Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, ChatGPT and other platforms decide what to show, and they change how they work often. We can't control them, so we don't guarantee any ranking, position, number of calls, or that any AI tool will recommend your business. We do guarantee the work: we'll do what your plan includes and show you what we did and what changed every month.
Free listing review
Our free listing review is free with no obligation. It's our honest read of your listing based on what we can see publicly.
Fees and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance.
- Plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, they continue month to month.
- After the minimum, either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Email works.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's paid.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business.
- Manager access to the accounts we work on, and a reasonably quick reply when we need an answer or approval.
- Real customers only for reviews. We never buy, write or fake reviews, and we won't work with businesses that ask us to.
- The right to use any photos, logos or content you give us.
Your accounts and content
Your Google Business Profile, website and other accounts stay yours. We work as a manager, never the owner. Content we create for you is yours to keep once it's paid for. We may show general results from our work as examples only with your permission.
Platform rules
Every platform has its own rules, and we follow them. If a platform suspends, limits or changes a listing for reasons outside our control, we'll help you fix it, but we aren't responsible for the platform's decision.
Limits of liability
Our services are provided as described in your plan. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Your service agreement only changes if we both agree in writing.
