FoundFirst ("we," "us") helps local home service businesses get found on Google, other map and listing sites, and AI search tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you email us or ask for a free listing review, we receive what you send: usually your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and details about your business.
When you become a client. To do the work, we may receive manager access to your Google Business Profile and other listings, access to your website, your business details, photos, and performance numbers such as calls, website clicks and search views.
When you visit this website. We don't use contact forms, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and prepare your free listing review.
- To provide the services you sign up for, including managing your listings, writing content, requesting reviews and sending reports.
- To send invoices and account updates.
- To follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We use software tools, including AI tools, to help research, draft content and organize our work. Information you share may be processed by those tools for that purpose. A person at FoundFirst reviews client work before it goes live.
How we share information
We don't sell your information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting and software tools.
- With platforms where we publish your business information at your request, such as Google, Bing, Yelp and your website.
- When the law requires it.
Account access and security
We ask clients to add us as a manager, not an owner, so you keep control of your accounts. You can remove our access at any time, and we stop using it when our work together ends.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records and meet legal requirements. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
